These cases are as functional as they are beautiful. The outer shell is made from durable brushed aluminum. The inside is lined in acid free black fabric. Both the lid and the bottom have elastic bands that snap closed to hold artwork firmly in place. The handle is aluminum and it is very comfortable to hold. The case closes with two clasps that can be locked (key included). Also included are two bands for holding the case opened; these bands button into the base and are removable.
